Credit Card Security

SMOKING: All our properties are non-smoking. Also no candles or incense please. If you smoke in the rental there will be a $250 cleaning charge.
COMMUNICATIONS: We offer phones in all guest houses and you are welcome to give our phone number as a contact point. Cellphone coverage inside is not always reliable. We offer complimentary WiFi throughout the properties.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in time is 3 PM to 11 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM.
TAX: Includes New Hampshire Rooms tax is 9%.
DEPOSITS: When you book, a deposit of half of the total will be charged to your credit card at time of booking and remaining balance 7 days prior to arrival.
We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages or stolen items during your stay.
CANCELLATIONS and CHANGES: If your travel plans change and you must cancel or change your reservation: Call or email us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit less a $20 service charge per cabin booked plus the credit card fee. If you call or email less than 14 days, not including the day of arrival, we will be pleased to use your deposit to confirm another stay for you (of at least the same duration) within 90 days of your planned arrival date.
